The 14k green gold filled case is in very good condition, just light scratches and wear-through along the bow/crown area – see photos. The inside of the case back is marked: Nawco KING 14 Karat Gold Filled Railroad Model Patented 465122. The inside of the movement cover is also marked. The double-sunk dial is marked: Illinois. The dial is in fair condition, there are some hairlines in the finish. The watch is running, and winds/sets properly.
