This gold filled, Grade No. 28, Model 1888, 16 size, 15 jewel, adjusted Waltham pocket watch has an approximate 52.5mm round case. One side of the case is completely decorated with guilloche work, while the other has guilloche, flowers, a scroll design and a plaque perfect for personalizing! This case is in excellent condition having almost no wear and only a small ding near the bezel on the back. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals, a red 5 minute track, blue spade hands, a sunk seconds register at 6 o’clock and is marked Ameriacn Waltham Watch Co. Aside from a very small hairline at 7 o’clock, this dial is clean and in good condition. The crystal is in good condition. The inside case is stamped “WWCCo – 152452″. This is the Wadsworth Watch Case Co. The dust cover is stamped “152452″ and also has a marking indicating that this watch was serviced in 2015. We unfortunately do not have the service record. The 3/4 plate nickle movement is stamped A. The crystals and screws are all in good condition. Stem wind and set. This watch is currently running two minutes slow. No guarantee of future performance.
