Antique 1908 Burlington Special Illinois Size 16 Pocket Watch in Philadelphia GF 20 Year Case. We are pleased to offer for sale this hard to find antique size 16 Burlington Special pocket watch made by the Illinois Watch Co. It is model 5, grade 174 , 19 jewels, serial number 2051917 with a lever movement setting and was made about 1908. The case is 20 year gold-filled and was made by the Philadelphia Watch Case Co. With a serial number of 8322382 and features a shield design on the back cover. The Burlington Watch Co. Most of the Burlington watches were made by The Illinois Watch Company. This watch is in good running condition and shows only minor wear. The dial with Arabic Numerals and minute, hour and second hands are in good condition as is the crystal glass with slight wear. There is a tiny crack in the dial where the lever is pulled out for setting the watch. There are some minor scratches on the case. See my other listings. For more great items!
