Pocket Watch Case

This is an antique Elgin 10K solid gold pocket watch 15J with ornate full hunter case from 1903 in working condition. The white dial has Arabic numbers in blue enamel, plus a second hand and gold dots to mark the minutes. Very minor ding inside back cover, not visible on outside. The watch is in working condition and keeps good time, but it comes from an estate and probably has not been cleaned for a long time. There are no 10K marks, but the metal tests 10K. Cased is numbered 44401 and has a crown mark inside a rectangle which I have not been able to identify. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
