ELGIN NATIONAL WATCH CO. 15738256 MEN’S POCKET WATCH TRADE MARK CASE 07897. Size: 3 1/8″ x 2″ x 5/8. Condition: It cannot wind any further and is not ticking. The balance wheel is not working properly. I could not get the hands to engage. The stem and crown pulls up and down properly. I can hear clicking when I turn the crown in the opposite direction of winding. The crystal has scratches.
