16 size pocket watch screw back and bezel case. 10k yellow gold filled Star Watch Case Co. Beautiful fancy engraved case back. This case has been sitting idol in a safe for many years. This case would be great for most standard American made 16 size lever set Railroad watches. Note: very small dent on case bottom edge (Very hard to see). Very nice 16 size case!
