Howard 16 size, 21 jewels, series 10, extra adjusted railroad grade pocket watch with signed E. Howard Extra Keystone case. The watch is running and keeping good time. The serial number is 1150774. The dial has a faint hairline between the 9 and 10 other than that the Montgomery dial is in good shape. The hands are nice.
