Up for sale is a very rare antique Waltham Railroader pocket watch which is all original except for the case. It is an 1892 model, made in 1896. It is one of only 260 made of this model! It is a size 18, and has an amazing high grade 17 jewel movement with all matching serial numbers! It is in a lovely gold filled case which is in excellent condition. This is a truly exceptional watch which runs and keeps very good time! Movement : This watch runs great and keeps very good time. The really beautiful original Rail Road grade lever set movement is in excellent condition and has all matching serial numbers. It has 17 jewels, adjusted. It has a lovely ruby jewels, gold screw settings and gold balance weights! This is a very beautiful and exceptional movement! Dial : The original double sunk dial is in very good condition with just some light hairlines and tiny edge flakes. Case : The lovely gold filled Fortune case is in excellent condition, apart from a little wear on the crown and edge. It is not the original case but is correct for this movement.
