Cannot make out markings on the flag. The case has a screw in the pendant, a hole drilled through the case spring and a slot in the case and bezel for a lever to set the hands. The case fits an 1857 movement and the case screw lines up with the mark in the case back. This is a much earlier case converted to a stemwind lever set 1857 model. I have not seen one before as they usually recased the whole movement not using the original case and refitting it. Great for a collector with an important 1857 stemwind movement.
