The watch has just been cleaned and serviced and the movement is in perfect working condition. It runs to the end of the fusee chain very smoothly and keeps very good time. The movement: Three arm gilt balance. Beautiful engraved top plate and balance cock. Very rare and interesting square pillars. The mint fire gilt movement is signed. Is one of the most eminent English watch makes of England in the 18th century. He is well listed in all the reference books. For a good example you can look at: G.
