White, 6 hands and the moonphase at 9 oclock. Manual Winding Moonphase Full Calendar Pocketwatch movement converted to wristwatch for collection and Audemars Piguet signed. 48.50 mm (diameter, without the crown) & 61.68 mm (from lug to lug). Yes; it has been serviced and keep time.
