I believe the maker to be Favre-Leube though it is not signed. The tones are magnificent! 2 hammers striking hours and quarters. It strikes the correct hour though it strikes for 3/4 after each hour every time no matter where the minute hand is so it does need attention. The case has regular wear with no damage.
