The Dial: A crisp, beautiful white porcelain/enamel dial with classic Roman numerals, elegant blued-steel hands, and a sunken seconds sub-dial. The dial is incredibly clean with no nasty hairline cracks. The Case: Cased in a “Defiance” gold-filled pocket watch case warranted for 10 years (serial number 858549). Aside from the fact that it runs, the real star of the show here is the case artwork. The back features a stunning, highly detailed Art Nouveau floral engraving. Instead of a standard initials monogram, the little shield on the back actually has a tiny, beautifully engraved scenic castle/estate scene, which is super unique and adds tons of character.
