Beautiful Elgin National Watch Company watch the outer casing is Dueber 14k gold on both outer casings. Details below Elgin National watch Serial number 2141958 Weight is 133.37 grams. Pendant Wind, Lever Set. Yes Outer Casings Dueber Watch Case Manufacturing Co. The condition of the outer 14k casing still has all details, slight markings on the inside of the casings. The watch has the initials W. Ranson Elgin Natt Watch Co, the glass lid seems to be loose so i do not guarantee that this piece of glass is original. The winder at the top has slight damage on 2 parts which is included in the pictures provided. The winder moves freely but the piece at present does not work.
