The base finish of the case itself is a sand-blasted look and the Humber Ramuz label is stamped 3 times including the wording medaille dor exp. Paris 1889 marking a great achievement of the brand. Condition-wise the movement was serviced by a great watchmaker just over a year ago and has been sitting in the safe. It cant be overlooked to have a highly capable watchmaker to service such a treasure the correct way. Cosmetically the dial has many hairlines cracks from 12 oclock position. It is also one of the smallest pocket watches made by Longines Watch Co at just 21.5mm diameter without the crown/pendant. Case hallmark shows that this case was made in Switzerland, most definitely custom ordered for an important client.
