Superb lot of 10 antique watches and movements. Most cases are hallmarked silver, and many of them work fine. There are some high quality pieces here too, as well as English fusees, silver full hunters etc… And there’s an Omega movement here too, plus a large wolf-tooth Swiss piece which is probably a Le Coultre, and Buren Grand Prix trench watch. Bit dirty, but winds and runs intermittently. Needs an ultrasonic clean… But a good piece. Cut compensation balance with 9ct gold. Fully signed and fully working. Large 52mm solid silver cased full hunter English going barrel pocket watch. Excellent case, complete with inner hinged bezel. Winds ok and tries to run, but keeps stopping. Needs clean and service…. Crystal, seconds hand etc. Excellnt very high quality Swiss Le Coultre 15-jewel pocket watch. Gold Medal Geneva 1896. Triple screwed winding gear, cut-compensation balance. Breguet hairspring, fish-tail pallet fork… Short seconds hand, and minute hand is a tad loose. Large solid silver full hunter English fusee pocket watch… Needs a fusee chain. Quartz jewelled third wheel. Excellent case, complete with bezel. Swiss solid silver fob watch. Ladies trench style watch in solid silver. Buren Grand Prix 15-jewel movement. Winds and tries to run but keeps stopping Perfect compensation balance. Needs an ultrasonic clean. All of the above need repairs of one sort or another…. But some very minor.
