Elgin Father Time 21 jewels pocket watch. B&B Royal 20 years case. Watch case has scratches, abrasions, dings, and plating/fill wear. Dial is cracked at the 2 and 7 o’clock positions. Plastic crystal has scratches and abrasions. Watch runs, but you have to tap it to get it started. Enlarge and carefully review the images which are considered part of the description.
