Georgian Verge watch pair case. Pinchbeck with shell covering. Chunk missing on the back (Pic) but I’ve found a piece that maybe useful (Pic) to use. Piece is thicker but needs cosmetic work to blend it in!!! Aged understandably for over 200 years old!!! Splits and wear but what is good about this case is cover on the bezel which is often missing. A late 18th century london made (william king) verge fusee pocket watch in a gilt engine turned case with original blued steel hands and roman numerals upon a white enamel dial. The movement is clean and functioning but not tested. Featuring a tompion type disk regulator and a finley pierced and chased balance cock and early ringed pillars.
