We do value all our Buyers and appreciate your patronage. We are not a big corporation. It is not a hobby but a source of supplemental income for our family, we take it seriously. If you decide to open or use an item that is not defective, we would not be responsible. We sell authentic items from a-z, and we try describing the item with as much detail and photos as possible. If we have a COA, it will be provided. Your item will be wrapped/packed with as much care as possible, and we always take pictures of the items in the box wrapped.
