Elgin 18 size pocket watch that was made in 1906. It is in custom modified display case. It is what is referred to as a “sidewinder”. Runs great and keeps time to within a minute a day. It is not a factory display case, it was made using an original Philadelphia Watch Case Co. Silveroid case and the back has been machined to accept a crystal.
