This is a unique 992 housed in a Hamilton Original Salesman Display case. A nice way to retain originality while showing off the gorgeous 992 movement. These cases would have been intended for. Salmon to show the movements for sale. The movement has been serviced and it is keeping excellent time. Original double sunk dial with heat blued hands. The dial has a few inclusions as shown but presents well. Some light wear on the case. I wanted to note that the front and back bezel on this case are not threaded and need to be pried off with a knife to remove bezels. Overall, a gorgeous watch which makes an excellent conversation starter. If you are purchasing a watch band or part, it is your responsibility to ensure that the sizing is correct for your watch. I can only find 2 flaws. The dial has at least 6 hairlines. The back display cover is set and fits perfect but is not cemented. When I had the cover removed for the pictures it popped out when I was cleaning it to rethread. It did snap back in correctly. The watch sets and winds properly. It runs and keeps time.
