Here is an antique Columbus North Star 18 size pocket watch in an open face 20 year Essex gold filled case, inside of case has someone’s name scribed inside. The watch ticks, it will stop running if you move it around much and probably needs a full cleaning and service. The pendant setting assembly sticks and you have to play with it to engage in set mode but it will eventually set. Please look at the pictures for a better idea of the condition.
