All items we believe to be 100% original in as found condition from local estates and collections. All of our items are vintage/antique, gently used and will have age appropriate wear unless otherwise stated as new. We describe all items to the best of our ability. Serial # 3758981, grade PS Bartlett, mpdel 1883, size 18, 15 jewel. As with all of our timepieces, they are vintage/antique and though running-may still need serviced/cleaned in order to run at optimum performance. Hairlines cracks in dial as seen where the seconds hands are, crystal has minor surface, case has some surface as seen wear from age. In very good estate found condition with minor wear from age/being worn. May need cleaned polished as desired. Please review photos for condition. With all jewelry with stones, stones sizes and amounts are figured by calculation. (for an accurate total, you would have to remove the stones from the settings) During measurements there is some degree of calculation, so it is an approximation. In regards to our time pieces watches, clocks etc. We verify the condition when they leave our office and will be stated as working or not working. All working watches may still need to be professionally cleaned/serviced in order to keep time accurately. Each of our time pieces are vintage and used to a different degree. Made by American Waltham Watch Co. Collector’s estate find. 100% original patina, unpolished case. American Waltham Watch Co. Stem Wind, stem set. Base metal (chrome plated) some wear on back. 54 mm wide x 61 mm tall x 19 mm thick. Thick glass, tiny scratches, decent. Porcelain – 24H – Very nice, no hairline. 1970s Smiths Rally Timer 1/5th 60min timer. Case diameter 68mm (70.3mm including crown), 21mm thickness in lightweight ABS plastic case. Dial is formerly Ingersoll branded but the brand has worn off and is only very faintly visible, you can just about make out part of the word Ingersoll above the 30s mark but really its so faint I feel I might be imagining it. Some cosmetic flaws, there are some kinks in the periphery of the dial plate, hardly noticeable, some light scuffing to the crystal but no deep cracks. Entirely British-made 18,000bph Smiths. 19PY movement has been stripped, inspected, ultrasonically cleaned, re-lubricated, oiled, and adjusted. Stop/start via side pusher, reset via depression of the crown. The stop-balance arm is provided with a lock to prevent reset whilst the watch is running, but this lock can be overcome if too much downward force is applied to the crown. If the mainspring has run down completely without the resetting the hands it will not be immediately apparent whether the watch is stopped or in run mode, in this case always fully wind the watch before resetting. Recently scrupulously serviced and working very well and keeping time in all positions to within + or – 15 seconds per day. Very nice looking movement with minimal scratches.
