VINTAGE HAMILTON RAILWAY SPECIAL 950B POCKET WATCH W CASE 23 JEWELS C. This is a beautiful, vintage Hamilton just looking for the right collector! The crystal of the watch is in good shape, but it does have a minor scratch between 10 and 11 o’clock. The dial is a vibrant white and in nice shape. It does have a gouge between 11 and 12 o’clock (visible in the photos). All hands are present. Dial is marked Hamilton, 23 Jewels, Railway Special. The case is 10K Gold Filled and is in nice shape. It does have some discoloration on the back (probably from a sticker – visible in photos). The case back is marked Hamilton Watch Co. 10K Gold Filled, Lancaster, PA. The movement is in great shape, but is not running (the balance staff moves freely, needs a cleaning and service). It is a lever set movement and the lever set works.
