Case : 22k gold, pair case, smooth, large seven-piece outer hinge, case maker punch mark “WB”. English Hallmarks for London 1718. The case is in very good condition. Radial Roman Hours, Outer Arabic Minute Wreath. Blued original steel hands. Dial and hands are perfectly preserved. Movement : Full plate movement, verge escapement, fusee/chain, three-armed steel balance. Sawed and engraved coq with dolphins and foliage and grotesque head. Regulating disc with pointer in the form of a snake, slotted columns, pretension by worm screw, blued screws. The very clean movement runs like on the first day.
