RARE NEAR MINT FINE UNDER PAINTED HORN PAIR CASE VERGE FUSEE POCKET WATCH. WITH AN ORIGINAL AND EARLY VERGE FUSEE MOVEMENT. FEATURING A BROAD BALANCE COCK , EARLY BLUED STEEL CLIP ON BOTTOM PLATE AND A WORM AND WHEEL SET UP. ALL IN GOOD CONDITION. THE UNDER PAINTED HORN WAS EXECUTED BY THE SAME ARTISTS AS MINIATURES. THE WATCV IS IN SUPERB CONDITION AND THE FLORAL DECORATION IS STUNNING. SPARE A SMALL BIT OF DAMAGE HERE AND THERE SEEN IN PHOTOS. THE WATCH HAS THE VERY EARLY SPINNING PENDANT WICH DATES THIS PEICE TO 1730 AND IS MADE BY A WELL LISTED MAKER. THE MOVEMENT RUNS WELL BUT THE WATCH REQUIRES A SERVICE AS IT SOMETIMES LOOSES CONSISTENCY WHEN TICKING. SO TIME KEEPING IS NOT CERTIFIED AND THE WATCH IS NOT GUARANTEED IN ANY WAY. A GOOD WATCH THAT WOULD MAKE A GREAT PRESENT OR A MUST FOR ANY SERIOUS COLLECTOR. ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK ME. Case clip is stiff and bezel doesnt clamp shut. 1896-98 Columbus King 21 Jewel Pocket Watch with Coin Silver Case

Adjusted 21 Jewel Railroad Grade. 18 Size with 2 1/2oz Coin Silver Case. Coin Silver Case with good hinges and lid close firmly. Case is Hinged front and back with a separate dust cover. The watch is in wonderful condition running very strong and keeping time. Tested on the bench for 36 hours and kept time to +- 1 minute. Dial is original Columbus King and has a hairline at 11 o’clock. The watch was last serviced several years ago and put away until now.
