Antique 14k Gold Hampden 17+ Jewel Closed Face 1892 Pocket Watch Clean Just Serviced- Gorgoeus! Offered here is a very beautiful antique Victorian Hampden 14k gold closed face Hunter case pocket watch. It is a very elaborate, every surface has an engraved and chased design, with a white face, black Arabic numerals, and black hands. Also has a 60 second dial. This watch is lever set. The movement serial number is. 33mm in diameter, 44mm overall. With original jellery paper box The front is engraved with 3 small initials, not legible. Marked onthe inside cover, “Warranted, 14KT, US Assay, FWCC, 46425″. The back plate is engraved From Ernest & Richard to Mother, Dec. 25th 1892 A christmas gift! The movement IS RUNNING , just serviced, and appears to be keeping good time. However, we are not a watch shop and are unable to guarantee this the Post Office won’t be rought with the package. The watch is in excellent antique condition, the back inside plate shows a minimal tiny ding on the inside plate. Nothing however, that takes away from the beauty or integrity of the piece.
