The balances swings and it seems power is running down the train. The watch comes with 2 keys, the silver key is to wind the watch while its in the case, the brass key is for setting the hands while in case. When the watch is out of the case the brass key can provide both functions. The case with the crystal in weighs 49.53grams. The movement weighs 55.13grams. Together they weigh 104.72grams. The case is 18k gold and the dial I presume is as well. The balance cock is solid gold and there is a diamond end jewel for the upper balance jewel. The chain is not good nor are the keys. This watch is in extremely good shape for its age it just needs a little love.
