An exceptional verge fusee pocket watch. Made in burton on trent in 1802 by William Hudson. The watch is cased in all hallmarked sterling silver with full hunter spring loaded catch. The enamel dial has extraordinary gold hands and winding hole pilot guards also gold. The movement has a highly chased balance cock exposing the staff spring and wheel in an unbelievable way.
