You are looking at a very rare solid 14K pink gold Patek Philippe hunter case pocket watch in very good vintage condition. The case measures 51mm in diameter and it is 14 mm thick. Serial number on the case 103570 matches the serial number on the movement, which dates the manufacturing approximately to 1897. The beautiful Patek Philippe & Co signed high grade movement is also signed for an Albany, New York retailer who was a Patek dealer at the time – this makes it even more rare. The original porcelain type dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or visible cracks. The gross weight of the watch is a hefty 113 grams. There is a very nicely done 25 year anniversary? The bullseye mineral crystal is free from chips and scratches. Hinges and catches are all working correctly. The outer sterling silver case measures 55mm x 22mm. The inner sterling silver case measures 48mm x 21mm. At RomanDial all our watches are fully serviced. The service includes complete strip down of the movements to its component parts. All parts are cleaned checked for wear, oiled and reassembled. We then test the movement for at least seven days to check for accuracy and reliability. While the movement is out of the case we clean and polish, check all hinges catches and clips are operating correctly. We replace the mineral glass with new (old stock) mineral glass. All our watches come with winding key if required. We aim for an accuracy of 1-2 minutes for lever watches and 2-5 minutes or verge watches.
