Up for sale is a early beautiful antique 16s Hamilton 992B Rail Road pocket watch. This watch is all original and was made in 1940. Movement : This watch runs great and keeps very good time. The beautiful original lever set movement is in very good condition, and has 21 jewels, adjusted to 6 positions and temperature. It has gold jewel caps, gold jewel settings, gold center wheel, and gold balance weights! Dial : The watch has the original Hard enamel double sunk Hamilton dial. The hands are also the original. Case : The beautiful original gold filled Wadsworth case is in good condition. The lids screw on and off as they should. The back cover has a gouge on the edge. This lovely watch is ready to display! 1943 Hamilton 16s 21jewel Adj. 992B Pocket Watch with Bar over Crown Case

This is an excellent antique Hamilton 16 size 21 jewel adjusted 992B pocket watch in a 10k gold filled Wadsworth bar over crown case out of an estate! The lever-set movement is in nice condition and is marked: Hamilton Watch Co. 992B 21 Jewels Adj. And 6 Positions C110683. The single sunk dial is marked: Hamilton. The dial has small cracks – see photos. The watch will currently wind/set properly, and will run when wound. The case has light scratches, and some areas of wear through on the gold filled. Inside the case back is marked: Wadsworth Quality 10 Karat Gold Filled PAT. We do not know the service history on this watch, and recommend it be serviced to keep running and keep time.
