Civil War Pocket Watch. PS Bartlett model pocket watch. What a fabulous find from the Civil War era. This is probably the most original Civil War era watch that I’ve ever seen. The 4 ounce coin silver case is in good condition, no dents or scratches. The porcelain dial is almost flawless with one tiny hairline at the 1:30 position. Look at the original blued tapered hands. The fat beveled crystal is in great condition with no chips or scratches. The serial number of this watch puts it at a manufacture date from 1864 to Feb 1865. This is a key wind, key set pocket watch. Key and chain are included. A great gift for the watch collector or Civil war re-enactor! (See my other auctions). The free listing tool.
