Antique Very Large 1807 Pair Cased Silver Fusee Verge Pocket Watch. Serviced

Chain drive fusee with verge escapement pair cased pocket watch from 1807. The watch has been serviced and tested for 7 days. The watch is keeping good time. The dial has faint hairline cracks and a small chip, please see picture 4. The mineral crystal is clear and free from chips and scratches. Hinges and catches are all working correctly. The large outer sterling silver case measures 58mm x 25mm. The inner sterling silver case measures 50mm x 24mm. A winding key will be supplied. The service is complete and thorough, the watch is stripped to its component parts, cleaned and checked for wear, oiled and reassembled. Testing starts once the watch has been correctly regulated. The watch is keeping good time to within 2-3 minutes per day, the watch has been tested pendant up, there may be variations in other positions. E. Howard Series 8 gold filled hunter case 21 jewels 12 size

(Keystone), man’s pocket watch, series 8, 12 size, 21 jewels, stem wind and set, adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, straight line damascened, nickel bar movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, gold timing screws, whiplash micrometric regulator in a 14K yellow gold filled case, hinged front and back are on very good condition, machined hunter case with maker’s details engraved on gold cuvette and other scripts. The dial has Arabic numerals, single sunk, white enamel dial with one small hairline between the 7 and 8, blued steel whip and spade hands, serial #1095096. This watch has been recently. Overhauled and is keeping good time. FAULTS; Other than the one small hairline and a tiny, tiny pin ding on the back case. I can not see any other problems.. OVERALL: A beautiful Howard Series 8 14K gold filled hunter pocket watch dated to 1914. The item “E.
