STUNNING HEAVY CASED 18K SOLID GOLD VACHERON & CONSTANTIN VINTAGE MENS WATCH. This Vacheron piece is a great find as it has an extra heavy and thick stepped 18k solid gold case that is not often seen. The case also has very nice bevelled lugs, such a classic and heavy vintage piece. This watch is also triple signed Vacheron & Constantin on the Dial, Case and Movement so it is all original which is fantastic. The case sides are stepped down which is a great feature of an era past. This amazing watch is from one of the best quality watch manufacturers in the world and is a Must Have for your collection. The heavy 18k watch case is 38.5mm long and 8mm thick. The watch has its original thick glass, the glass does a few small scratches but is original. The thick glass in some photos does make the dial distorted due to the inner curved glass, please note the dial is perfectly flat. The styling of this mens dress watch is all class. Produced in the 1930s, this watch was the epitome of style and as you can see the elegant design is as timeless now as it was then. It shows no major scratches and a slight dent in the back which is barely visible. This watch is an authentic and all original Vacheron & Constantin as it is triple signed movement, case and dial. The case is also correctly Swiss hallmarked with. 750 and the ladies head on the inside of the case and a touchmark on the side of the watch case. The watch has been fitted with a brand new black leather band. As you can see the watch has had very little use and is in beautiful condition. The watchs movement is a beautifully presented Vacheron v435 nickel movement with lever escapement. The rhodium plated movement looks stunning with damaskeened plates, 17 jewels and gold balance and winding wheels. As mentioned, the movement has been labelled with the Vacheron & Constantin (Geneve) name. The serial number for this watch is 441367 from the movement. The gold metal dial is correctly marked Vacheron & Constantin Geneve and is in good condition. The dial does show some marks but certainly does not take away from the amazing look of this watch. The gold hands and numerals add to the special look of the dial. This case has been hallmarked for Vacheron & Constantin as well as the 18K Solid Gold stamp and.
