PATEK PHILIPPE in big 18k gold case from 1901 High grade Patek Philippe in 18k gold case. Three piece case diameter 46mm and high 12mm. Double back case properly signed with PP and gold assay. High grade movement with moustache level, wolf tooth winding wheels, long regulator, with number 112559 which dates it to 1901. So it’s over 115 years old!! Crown winding and pin setting system. Very clean and in like new condition. Movement working with strong noice!! Beautiful , all original enamel dial with black roman hours numbers. Signed Patek philippe Geneve.
