Unique PATEK PHILIPPE Geneva in ss case 38mm – extract!! High grade and unique Patek Philippe in ss case. Custom made three piece ss case diameter 38mm and 11mm high. See throw caseback with wonderfull view!! Movement all original from pocketwatch. Profesionally recased by renowned watchmaker. High grade nickel movement with 18 jewels. Wolf tooth winding wheels, moustache level and long regulator. Subsecond on 6 due it’s converted from hunter pocketwatch. Very clean and in like new condition!! Number 110443 let us dates it to 1901. Beautiful and all original white dial with black hour numbers. Signed Patek Philippe Geneve. Blue spade and all original hands. Very good size due movement has 36mm and case size is 38mm.
