IT DOESN’T WORK AND I’M NOT SURE THAT EITHER OF THE 2 KEYS (AND CHAINS) THAT I SEND WILL WIND IT WHEN IT IS FIXED. THE OUTSIDE OF THE CASE MEASURES 1 1/2 IN DIAMETER. THE CASE HAS DAMASCEEN WORK ON THE FRONT AND ROOM FOR AN INITIAL ON THE BACK OF THE CASE. THE 18 IS VERY FAINT, BUT IT IS INDEED INSIDE THE BACK OF THE CASE. THE WATCH SAYS ROBERT STAUFFER & FILS, CHRUX-DE-FONDS. IT IS KEYWOUND AND SET. I WOULD GUESS THAT IT WAS MADE ABOUT 1880. I ALSO INCLUDE THE LOVELY WALNUT WATCH CASE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO SPEND SOME TIME PEELING OFF THE SCOTCH TAPE SOMEONE HAS ADDED MANY YEARS AGO TO KEEP THE BOX CLOSED. Up for sale is a very beautiful Illinois Rail Road Grade 16s Gold filled Hunter’s case pocket watch, made in 1905. This watch runs great and keeps very good time. This watch is amazing. This is a very beautiful watch! Looks like it was carried very little! The watch is in very good running condition and it keeps very good time. This movement is a Rail Road grade 186. The movement has 17 jewels, adjusted to 4 positions, adjusted to temperature, has a high grade regulator, Beautiful Ruby jewels, gold center wheel, the original gold screws and regulator, and a lever set. This movement is all original. This movement is amazing!!! Dial : The original Rail Road dial is in very nice condition. Case : This watch has an amazing gold filled hunter’s case! The case is in very, very nice condition. This case has no problems. Great hinges and great lift spring. The case looks like it was used very little! Very nice and beautiful! The case looks amazing!
