This listing is for a circa 1770 pair case English verge fusee pocket watch. This watch from top to bottom is all original. The watch in it’s pair case measures 1 7/8 inches or 46 mm in diameter. The inner case measures 42 mm in diameter. The dial is white porcelain and has both Roman and Arabic numerals. The hands are steel. The covering crystal is the original bulls eye lens. The movement is signed I. As you can see by the photographs the movement is quite beautiful. The condition is excellent. The watch is a strong runner.
